Returning from the 18-day training in May 2011, he proposed measures to promote apiculture in Kien Giang province in the coming time.

To mark Israel's 63rd Independence Day on Tuesday (May 10), the Ambassador of Israel in Vietnam, H.E Mr. Amnon Efrat held a Reception on the same day at Melia Hotel in Hanoi. H.E. Mr Le Hoai Trung, Vice Minister, Ministry of Foreign Affairs participated and delivered congratulatory remarks.

Under framework of annual charity activities, the Israeli Embassy in Hanoi has funded equipments for a training room for 20 autistic children at the Centre of Rehabilitation for Disabled Children at Thuy An, Ba Vi District. The activity was launched by the Embassy and the center with professional advice of Israeli Pediatric Doctor Orly Dafni.
 
The handover ceremony was held on April 5, 2011 at the center with participation of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Israel Amnon Efrat, members from the organization along with teachers and 176 children of the center.
